Information we collect

• When you browse: our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
• When you email us: we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us, and use it only to reply.
• We don't ask for vehicle registrations, V5C references or payment details, and you should never send them to us.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't set advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we'll update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. We only share it if required by law.

How long we keep it

Emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and no longer than two years. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
